WHAT? High Attendance Day in Sunday School
Our Goal is 740
WHEN? Sunday, May 18th
WHY? Because we care

Someone has said that if the WHY is right then most people can deal well with the WHAT.

WHY ARE WE HAVING A HIGH ATTENDANCE DAY?

To make a concerted effort to connect with our absentees and prospects. It will open doors of ministry and fellowship. It helps to update information on these people. Many will respond and attend Bible study for the first time in a while. There will be positive residual results as some will continue to attend and will become more active in their walk with God.

To build team spirit with the Sunday School leaders. It lets our workers know they are not alone in their task. We work better together as a team.

To build enthusiasm in our church. Bible study, fellowship, ministry, etc. need to be revitalized from time to time.

To refocus our attention on the major outreach/evangelism arm of the church. Sunday School is about reaching people and teaching them God’s word. We must never lose sight of this purpose.

To dream of the possibilities of averaging our goal. When we have a great attendance it identifies our needs so we can concentrate on what it would take to average that number each week.

To show God we love Him and care about His work and want to be a part of it. To show others we love them.

To be obedient to The Great Commandment and The Great Commission.

WHAT will be your response to the WHY? WHO will you invite to Sunday School this next week? Will you pray and ask God to reveal at least 2 people you can invite to be a part of CONNECTING with God and others in life changing Bible study on May 18? I look forward to seeing you this Sunday and again on May 18 in worship and in Sunday School!
